[Lyrics Plus] Add global setting for Delay

Just a delay option that applys to all songs (The same that is already implemeted on the lyrics screen)

When you are lyrics tap, there's is a button with two circles, in that menu that button opens, there is a delay option. But that delay just applies only to the lyrics that are playing now. It would be usefull if that option was available on the setting options under the profile, so it can be applyed to all the lyrics that are played.

In conclusion, you wish for a global delay settings for Lyrics Plus that is applied for all songs?
Not sure if that is a good idea, or will it ever be used because the point of delay is to sync lyrics timestamps with the actual track, and it differs for each songs.
Easy fix to this! In spicetify/CustomApps/lyrics-plus/index.js on line 260, change CONFIG.visual.delay = 0; to whatever you want, I personally have it to -750.
