Normalize spec before rendering in new httpdomain renderer.

Fix #107 using the solution provided here.

Is there a change this gets merged? Without it, I'm not able to produce any docs using OAS 3.0.1.

I noticed the failing check was due to python 3.7 no longer being available for macos-latest
