It really hurt me mapping <c-h> to execute phpm

I use instead of to delete character backward more often. I think there's someone else do this like me. So can you give an option for custom mapping phpm executing cmd?

this question is also mentioned in issue #426 , it is now implemented as part of pull request #429 , which has been merged so should ship with next release.
