LocalSimulator happily and incorrectly accepts result types on Sum observables

Looks like a problem with the the OpenQASM interpreter; we'll have to generate a new [parser](https://github.com/amazon-braket/amazon-braket-default-simulator-python/blob/main/src/braket/default_simulator/openqasm/parser/generated/qasm3Parser.py) that recognizes sum observables.

Executing differentiable circuits with adjoint and `Sum` expectation values raises an error
