Backspace during SSH does not work

When typing in the console, when you attempt to backspace you are unable to. It progresses 3 empty spaces and then stops, and will not go forward or back with the backspace key

it appears it actually does backspace, but does not represent it. the text remains on the screen

this was an issue with comma3, this is fixed now
