Add composer.json

I'm trying to install h2o through composer but it does not work.

Would it be possible to create a composer.json file for autoloading?

That is a great idea. The only problem is i haven’t code any PHP in the last 5 years to know how the autoloading system works now, the only package management system i knew were PEAR.

Feel free to have a crack at it, let me know if you need any assistance on integrating the internals.
