It would be better than output on console. We could set the option in arg on the command line

It would be possible to create a json file, but I'm curious what your usage scenario would be? If you'd like to take a stab at creating a pull request that adds the functionality I'd be happy to review it.
@phil-scott-78 I can't speak for @nicoclau but I would be interested in this feature as well, in order to generate a "Snitch Report" on every build, to help monitor pending cleanup/updates.
For example, it would enable developing a plugin for Cake.Issues that consumes the output and produces a report and in some cases maybe even failing the build
