Show logs of gateway and runner in mission control

The problem faced currently?

In v0.19.0 we have added the feature of viewing logs of a service deployed by space cloud from Mission Control itself. This is pretty cool feature and makes life very easy.

However, in many cases, the user also wants to see the logs of gateway and runner itself.

How can we solve it?

In the deployments section of mission control, we can show the internal services as well (gateway and runner). From there the user can be able to see their logs as well.
