执行发送任务地址提示：

syntax error, unexpected '|', expecting ';' or '{'

定位问题出在

ParseError: syntax error, unexpected '|', expecting ';' or '{' in /usr/plugins/CommentToMail/Action.php:331

请删除函数名之后的 ": bool|string|NULL"
