[Enhancement] Clarify the Sort options for Tags

The following could be corrected in the Sort drop-down for the TAGS list in left sidebar:

• The order used when selecting By Creator Date seems to be actually "By Tagger Date" (for Annotated tags) and "By Committer Date" (for Lightweight tags), so a more accurate name of this option should be By Tagger/Committer Date.
• The two sort-options should swap positions in the drop-down, to match the Sort drop-down for LOCAL BRANCHES and REMOTES where By Name is listed above By Committer Date.
