App crashes very often in the background

Open vordenken opened this issue 1 year ago • 6 comments

I have it set to open on login but it's gone nearly every time I go to my computer. I start it again and the next time ( a few hours/a day later) I wake up my Mac from sleep and HomeConMenu is gone again. Are there some kind of logs I can give you for debugging?

I'm on a MacBook Pro M4 with macOS 15.1.1

Thank you for reporting. I can review crash logs via Apple's service. Please turn on "Share With App Developers" in Preferences.app.

Or try TestFlight and send to report, https://testflight.apple.com/join/y4dGUJmu .

I did turn on "Share With App Developers" in Preferences.app and HomeConMenu crashed a few times since then. Did you get any useful logs?

If the macOS Crash Reporter is working properly, a crash log should be automatically sent to App Store Connect when the application crashes. However, there is no crash log in App Store Connect. Even if you turn it on, it doesn't work properly...

What should I do...

Hi, I still have the problem that HomeConMenu is often gone when I want to use it. The TestFlight doesn't accept new people, can you change this? So I can send you the crashlog.

I'll prepare testfight again.
