Can't open local html files

Hi,

Recently, I started noticing that if I try to access local files via junction (installed from Flatpak), paths get mangled. For example:

xdg-open /tmp/test.html

Results in Junction trying to launch the browser with /run/user/1000/doc/c57597e3/test.html as the path. However, this path seems not be available in the browser's filesystem namespace and hence it fails to open the file.
