Configure Cloud Resources

Motivation

Sometimes we don't need to grab all resources from a cloud provider, even if we don't have them or don't need them. Now the resources are fixed in the plug-in code.

Desired Behavior

Have a Cloud resource configuration that allows us to select the resources we want.
