Solo Key USB A + NFC Issue "USB device was not recognized"

Hi,

i have a issue with an Solo Key USB A + NFC of the first recent order.

One of the Solo Tabs was only recognized by Windows when it was plugged in for the first time. After plugging in the following error message comes up: "USB device was not recognized".

device manager: This device has stopped because it was reporting errors. (code 43) A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

The error also appears on another Windows/Linux device. The second Solo Key USB A + NFC of the order works fine.

The LED of the defective stick does not light up after plugging it in. If the stick is pressed continuously while plugging it in, the LED flickers red and green continuous.
