Some deprecated packages in a fresh install

Hi to let you know that I'm getting these warning messages when doing a fresh install of node-mirror. Maybe we could bump the packages versions???

Please update to graceful-fs@^4.0.0 as soon as possible. Use 'npm ls graceful-fs' to find it in the tree. npm WARN deprecated [email protected]: Please update to minimatch 3.0.2 or higher to avoid a RegExp DoS issue

hi and thanks for taking an interest i have been working on version 0.2 for a while now but i just dont have the time ...

nodemirror works up to node 6.x it seems to be incompatible with the packet managment in 7.x

i should never have used dojo on the server side
