Oxc support

With the new rolldown coming to vite, i think it's time to start preparing to use oxc instead of babel as it will improve speeds by up to 100x. Compiling with babel on my large project with solidjs is painfully slow and I've had no choice but to switch back to reactJS which has a vite oxc plugin.
