Federated plugin

Hi. I want to know if you have plans to federate the plugin (one package per implementation, like how video_player has video_player_ios and video_player_android). And if you need any help doing it.

I see that flutter_vlc_player_platform_interface already exists, so the next step is moving the relevant platform implementation into their own package.
