Tool to check if a given live server looks like it's installed correctly

It can be hard to debug configuration errors in live Solid servers. For instance, if it's not serving CORS headers on /.well-known/openid-configuration and you try to use some Solid app, that app is likely to silently fail to let you log in, without giving you precise pointers as to what is wrong.

We should try to what extent our tests can help in this situation, and improve them for this use case.
