RoseTTAFold2NA?

are there any colab notebooks around for running RoseTTAFold2NA?

ColabFold has been game-changer for me, I'd love to be able to try out RF2NA too..

Otherwise, does anybody have proteins that have AF2/RF thinks fold into DNA/RNA like geometries (naturally occurring NA mimics dont seem to do great).

I know this is a long-shot, just thought I'd ask.

We would like to support it, however, we can't easily produce nucleotide MSAs currently. We have a student beginning to work on that MMseqs2 feature soon, so maybe in the future!

Nice, I look forward to that! A custom NA MSA supplied by the user wouldn't work? Or just too niche?
