Instructions for generating pdb70_cif.ff{data,index}

We would like to run our own template server and for this we need the pdb70_cif.ff{data,index} database. Would you be able to either share the existing database that you have or to give us some rough instructions on how to generate it?

If you send us some rough instructions, we can clean them up and add them to https://github.com/sokrypton/ColabFold/tree/main/TemplateServer for the benefit of future users.

Expected Behavior

Anyone can run TemplateServer

Current Behavior

TemplateServer is missing instructions on how to build one of the DBs.
