For a better user experience, there should be good and correct tutorials to understand and adapt the process.

  • [x] Create Addition for Gitlab

If the hermes.toml already contains a record_id, then you get an error because of access rights. If you have the right access rights but you are trying to publish the version proof-of-concept again, you will get an error.
