Research and refactor component to leverage this.attrs

This is against the addon/mixins/component.js file, as well as the sl-able and sl-unable components.

This issue involves more than just simply replacing syntax, but instead requires understanding what this new capability offers and determine what parts of the component implementation should/needs to be modified to align. https://github.com/softlayer/sl-ember-components/issues/617 contains resources related to this.attr research.
