Question: cluster update with linclust algorithm.

Hi, Thanks always for the nice tool! I have clustered a large sequence set with mmseqs linclust , and now I want to add some sequences and update the clustering result with mmseqs clusterupdate.

But it seemed that mmseqs clusterupdate updates clustering results with the mmseqs cluster algorithm but not mmseqs linclust . I am guessing this because all the parameters of mmseqs clusterupdate match with mmseqs cluster, but not mmseqs linclust .

Is it correct? Is it possible to update clustering with mmseqs linclust algorithm?
