App Token Textbox not Provided in DataSync 1.9.7

While testing to see if I could get this app to work I received a forbidden error. When search online, I found a possible cause is an missing app token. This version does not have a textbox where I could input the app token. I was able to download version 1.8.1 and the app token textbox was available.
