We are seeing sudden disconnections impacting a small subset of users on specific devices. This occurs on the Java client version 1.0.1. Our app targets Android and is implemented with Kotlin; the environment is Java 17, Kotlin 2.0.21, and Android Gradle Plugin 8.7.3.

Have similar cases been reported, particularly with this client version? Could the behavior be related to OS specifics or network conditions (e.g., Wi‑Fi vs. cellular, VPN)? If there are known issues, recommended mitigations, or an upgrade path, please advise.
