SNOW-1763673: Publish Python 3.13 wheels
What is the current behavior?
There are no cp313 wheels for the latest distribution of this project: https://pypi.org/project/snowflake-connector-python/3.12.3/#files.
What is the desired behavior?
Python 3.13.0 was released on 2024-10-07, so it'd be nice if dependents of this library could get binary wheels for the latest stable Python.
How would this improve snowflake-connector-python?
It would mean the latest stable Python is supported.

Thanks for working on it!
Hii :) Just a short question is the file yet available?
Also asking when it is available- thank you!
My production system is about to go down, hanging on by a thread because someone decided to build a nano-arrow that isn't compatible with python 3.13 on windows server and Azure images secretly upgraded all their base images to python 3.13. Be really nice if we could keep no more than a month behind...
there seems to be a PR in progress for this, https://github.com/snowflakedb/snowflake-connector-python/pull/2105
The PR will be merged tomorrow https://github.com/snowflakedb/snowflake-connector-python/pull/2239
change is merged and will be part of the next release
released with Snowflake Python Driver v3.14.1
