[Feature Request]: Enable/Disable search by Manager

Its quite annoying if i try to find a user and that user is the manager of a bunch of other users. Currently a list of all users that this user is a manager of and the user itself would be the result in a search in the people tabs, though thats quite annoying, if i just want to find a specific user and have to again dig through a list of users to find the one i am searching.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have the manager field be ignored by default by the search, as i think most people aswell would want to search for a specific user and dont want to dig through a list of users aswell. Though sometimes it might come in handy to search by manager, so a tick box any another solution would be useful to enable search for manager aswell.
In hindsight, it might be useful to add this to other fields aswell, though for me only the manager field is currently an issue.

would like to see this aswell. Currently getting 30 people+ for the same manager. I thought removing the Manager Column would fix this but it didn't unfortunately.
