Discount percentage or sale

I cannot set an item -20% or something like that. That is super sad :(

I have a shop to add a wallpaper for a certain amount of money. After this step the tax + shipping costs are displayed and a total amount.

I want to add 20% discount to the price but... i also can still add items to the cart.
