PIP install not working

System info: Win 10 with python 3.7.3

Error:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement snap-stanford==5.0.0 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for snap-stanford==5.0.0

Same as https://github.com/snap-stanford/snap-python/issues/111

When I download the wheel and try I get: ERROR: snap_stanford-5.0.0-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
