• Operating System: Alma, kernel 4.18.0 due to lustre compatibility issues with newer kernels.

Description

I deployed my own workflow (snakemake.github.io/snakemake-workflow-catalog/).

What I Did

$ snakedeploy deploy-workflow https://github.com/snakemake-workflows/transcriptome-differential-expression . --tag v1.2.0

The workflow has a profile directory - this is not part of the download and hence not editable.
