[ADD] a Weather Application Screen

This issue aims to create a simple Weather application screen which shows the weather data as per the location entered. You will be working on the following enhancements :

• A search bar to display weather of the location accordingly.
• The temperature and other weather related details as per the location and day.
• An interactive and easy to navigate UI.

Feel free to add any other features as per your creativity!

Respected Mam, This is to give an update on the issue assigned to me as part of GSSoC'24 (Weather Application Screen). I have implemented all the listed features. But I am travelling today on account of my internship reporting. Is it fine if I raise the PR by tomorrow or late tonight?
