11.4 FIRMWARE??!!!

I've updated my DS to the Firmware 11.4.0-37E but can't hack now +can't go to Nintendo 3DS Sound for importing my saves.I have to refresh my otherapp.bin because of my newest Firmware Version but there where the 4 ist there is no 4 available just 1,2 and 3. What do I do now can't I hack anymore?
