Bug Summary

When streaming to core using sdl_hmi, if you select a resolution that is not supported by the phone and if you click ok on the prompt on sdl_hmi that ask if you would like to start video streaming, the video stream manager will get put into an error state and be unrecoverable.

Reproduction Steps

Using samsung galaxy s21

  1. Connect an Android SDL Navigation app to SDL Core with sdl_hmi
  2. Start streaming a video to the HMI
  3. Switch the video stream to a resolution lower than 320x240 (ex: 400x100)
  4. click ok on the prompt asking if you would like to start video streaming
  5. Switch back to a resolution of greater than or equal to 320X240
  6. Start video streaming

Expected Behavior: Video should stream

Observed Behavior: Video does not stream, we receive a start service NAK
