Core crash during unexpected disconnect in HTTP policy mode

Occurrences: ~1%

Reproduction Steps

1. SDL is built with 'HTTP' flag
2. Mobile app is subscribed for 'button_1' and 'button_2'
3. Unexpected disconnect is performed

Expected Behavior

SDL sends BC.OnAppUnregistered notification to HMI

Observed Behavior
