Reproduction Steps

1. [build] $ cmake -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DBUILD_TESTS=ON -DENABLE_SECURITY=OFF /home/jenkins/workspace/Release_8.1_SDL_UT_P_ENABLE_SECURITY_OFF

Expected Behavior

100% tests passed

Observed Behavior

97% tests passed, 1 tests failed out of 35 3/35 Test 3: transport_manager_test ..............Exception: Child aborted 1.24 sec The following tests FAILED: 17:48:24 3 - transport_manager_test (Child aborted) 17:48:24 Errors while running CTest17:48:24 make: *** [test] Error 817:48:24* Makefile:129: recipe for target 'test' failed
