Fail connection establishment, core crash on stop SDL

Occurrences: ~0.1%

Reproduction Steps

1. HMI and SDL are started
2. Mobile app with REMOTE_CONTROL hmi type is registered and activated
3. App is subscribed to moduleType_1 via GetInteriorVehicleData(moduleType_1, moduleId)
4. Transport disconnect and reconnect are performed

Expected Behavior

App is registered after unexpected disconnect

Observed Behavior

Fail connection establishment Core crash on stop SDL
