Proposal: Configurable time before shutdown

To prevent missing logs after SDL shutdown, additional ini file options should be added :

  • Write all logs to file system before shutdown
  • Maximum time of SDL shutting down

The Steering Committee voted to remove this feature from the Core 8.0 release during the 2021-08-03 meeting.
