Recompile miner to work with amdgpu-pro

No matter what I do, I can't get ROCm kernel to install/work. rocminfo returns that the command isnt found. I have a lot of difficulties with it, even though I follow instructions on ROCm github very exactly. Could you please make the miner work with amdgpu-pro?

If you did, it would open up profitable mining to all old cards that do not support ROCm. 7950/7970/280x for example.

Add a devfee (if you don't have one already) to make the work worthwhile? 2% is fine by me to enable me to use these cards.
