2 new codesets and 1 fixed one

Adding codesets for Gree GMV5 GMV-ND45T/A-T and Midea MI2-56GDN1 codesets. Fixing 3120.json typos causing dry and fan modes to work incorrectl. Also added few supported models to that file, since original was listed as "Unknown"
