Updated take-screenshots tool to respect the users prefers-color settings.

I noticed that when using the task/take-screenshots tool, if your desktop is currently using the default color preference, the script will leave you with a dark preference. This minor PR should fix that up for the script by saving off, and restoring the users preference when running the script.
