Doesn't work with Xbox Game Pass for PC titles

So I followed all of the instructions on my Win10 Home and the Steam overlay didn't show up with the window. I tried all of these unsuccessfully (although the games themselves launched with no problem, at least):

• Haven
  C:\Program Files (x86)\Briano\UWPHook\UWPHook.exe
  TheGameBakers.Haven_58gfg5kme4t12!App
• Slay the Spire
  C:\Program Files (x86)\Briano\UWPHook\UWPHook.exe
  HumbleBundle.SlayTheSpire_q2mcdwmzx4qja!App
• Wilmot's Warehouse
  C:\Program Files (x86)\Briano\UWPHook\UWPHook.exe
  Finji.WilmotsWarehouseWin10_tys0ffscxatjj!Game

I made sure to repeatedly test it on a non-Steam EXE between these titles and it worked fine with that one. Any help would be really appreciated!
