Per https://github.com/slsa-framework/slsa/issues/1376, aligning verbiage to represent the fact that non-human actors can interface with a platform.

I wonder if we should make these changes to draft and the RC and not worry too much about the 1.1 or prior versions?

@TomHennen On consideration, I agree, we shouldn't need to update a prior spec
