Add forum API endpoint

Add a /players/{name}/forums endpoint that includes data such as ratings, post count, join date etc. scraped from hypixel.net.

Alright here I am, I hope to be able to push the code for this soon, also might be worth noting this wont work for all players since some have their forum profiles private.
