Support "openslo/v1" apiVersion

OpenSLO has released its v1 API at https://github.com/OpenSLO/oslo/tree/main/pkg/manifest/v1.

Currently, sloth only supports openslo/v1alpha, it there a plan to support the stable v1 version?
