Android - Does not compile with latest Xamarin (4.x)

Great example, however the Android project does not build against the latest version of Xamarin. It appears that the previous method calls are attempting to access deprecated code perhaps.

Thanks @DamianSuess - I've not updated this project to the latest - no current need.

It shouldn't be too hard to update if you need it to work - the old APIs will have roughly equivalent replacements. What specific issues are you hitting?

Also, happy to accept pull requests with updates/fixes - or to add extra admins to allow them to assist.
