No compilation of this in PDF format? Why?

We'd love a PR that enabled building a PDF from the source.

@akrabat and @makoru-hikage Can you describe what you'd like for the PDF to include? Is this a PDF of the documentation only, or would other resources be valuable?

@craig-davis I think the idea is to have the entire doc site in a single PDF so that you can read it on a mobile device w/o internet access

@geggleto I may be able to find some time to help with this. Rather then doing fancy things with Travis and build hooks, I think it might be worth placing a build step into the grunt config.

  1. Would having a new grunt command to build the docs be an acceptable first step?
  2. We'd build a PDF out of the contents of the /docs directory. Does that sound correct?
