Face Radar Ingest hangs and dosen't producce output in Autopsy 4.21.0 Java 18.0.1.1

I’ve written 3x plugins (I’m using some ai models to classify images in novel ways) basing using my code on FaceRadar, but they hung when running on ingest.

I’ve now tried just building FaceRadar using Autopsy 4.21.0 as there is no prebuilt .nbm?

So what’s the problem with FaceRadar, so I can figure out why my plugins don’t run.
