problem ingesting zip files in Linux with Hebrew (version release 4.17.0)

Hi all when I'm trying to ingest files that contain zip files with Hebrew language files and folders inside in Linux (I'm using autopsy inside a docker container on ubuntu) I'm getting gibberish files extracted inside the Embedded file extraction module folder also when I'm opening the DB with SQL database viewer in the table tsk_files_path I'm getting the file names of the files in gibberish someone saw this? or someone got a solution for me?

this text should be in Hebrew also the files inside the case is in gibberish This is the real files inside the zip file
