Error Opening Archive: Failed to open 'sleuthkit-4.10.0.tar.gz'

During a recent install of Sleuthkit I attempted to download the Sleuthkit Tar file using the command provided in the "Build and Install the Sleuthkit" directions and was presented with an error.

I used tar xzvf sleuthkit-4.10.0.tar.gz

I was presented with Error Opening Archive: Failed to open 'sleuthkit-4.10.0.tar.gz'

Any suggestions or advice?

I cannot tell from your screenshot whether sleuthkit-4.10.0.tar.gz actually exists in the current directory. Is it possible that it has been downloaded to a different directory? The instructions say "Open a terminal and change to the download directory."
