Consider this package unmaintained

I was looking at a pull-request I've made a long time ago and it seems like this package is unresponsive due to missing maintainers. Existing users might have to consider forking to pump new life into this package. Or the current maintainers could grant access to trusted github users who can help to insure future of this package.
